- Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order or booking is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded. We kindly encourage you to review your order carefully before confirming to ensure everything is correct.
- What if I have dietary and food restrictions?
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. However, for our special menu package, we cannot be able to accommodate gluten-free, celiac-friendly, soy-free, allium-free, or sesame-free diets.
This meal may contain: meat, oyster sauce, gluten, soy, rice, alliums, sesame, and trace amounts of wheat.
We strongly encourage you to read each dish description carefully and include any allergies in the note section when placing your order.
- Delivery & Pickup Terms & Conditions?
PICKUP:
1. If you choose to pick up your order, please ensure you are available on the designated pickup date and time.
2. If you need to switch from pickup to delivery, the request must be made by Wednesday of the delivery week at the latest. A delivery fee will apply.
DELIVERY:
1. Apartment / Condo Deliveries
If you live in an apartment or condo, please note that some buildings do not allow non-residents into residential areas. In these cases, we will meet you at the ground level (lobby) for pickup. If you have a special circumstance that requires door delivery, please inform us in advance.
2. Please Stay Reachable
If you live in an apartment or condo, please keep your phone nearby during the delivery timeframe provided the day before. Because we have many deliveries scheduled, we can only wait up to 5 minutes if you do not answer your phone or do not come down.
3. Missed Delivery Attempts
We cannot provide a second delivery attempt if you miss your delivery and do not answer your phone. You may either:
- Pick up your order at the next delivery address on our route (if available), OR
- Pick it up in Hamilton. If a delivery fee was paid, it is non-refundable.
4. Second Attempt Conditions
If we must attempt delivery a second time due to a missed first attempt, a new delivery fee will apply, and only if we are able to make a second attempt. We reserve the right to decline a second delivery attempt on the same day.
