For this pre-order, you can choose either you'd like to pickup at our stall or get it delivered.


Pickup:

Anytime at our stall in Hamilton and 3 drop-off points in GTA.


Delivery:

It will be on Sunday, December 8th, 2024 (time is TBA). To across Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham & surrounding.



FREE DELIVERY within our Delivery radius to across Hamilton, Waterdown, Burlington, Oakville, and across GTA - with minimum order.



If you cannot place an order because you live out of our delivery radius, please contact us at 289-802-0880 (text/whatsapp) or email to delish@indonesiansflavour.ca for any arrangement.





NOTE:

- LIMITED QUANTITY FOR COOKIES!
- Ensure you read the FAQ below.
- By placing an order with us, you state that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
- Please include any allergies or food restrictions in the note section when you place your order.
- To keep all the foods fresh, we *might* keep the foods cool (not frozen) for cooked-dishes during the delivery. We will include the heating instruction in your food package.





Most FAQ:


- Is it ok to keep the food until the celebration day?

For the Indonesian cookies, because they are all made in a very long process, then yes, they will be still great even until the next 2-3 months.


For the cooked dishes, we recommend to consume them for the next 3-4 days. If you think you'd like to enjoy them a bit later during the holidays, we recommend you to purchase our frozen food instead.



- What time can I expect the delivery time?

At the moment, the delivery time is TBA.

As we are doing Pre-Order at the moment, we cannot inform you of the exact estimated time of arrival for each delivery yet. Exact Delivery time frame should be available on the following Wednesday at the latest.


It really depends on the load of the orders and the area you live in.

We will start the delivery route from East to West. So from Hamilton - Dundas - Waterdown - Burlington - Oakville - Milton - Mississauga - Etobicoke - Toronto - North York - Markham.


Generally speaking, on our peak days (Special Occasion Pre-Order), it could be anytime between 8 AM to 3 PM.

We will try our best to make the last delivery at 3 PM on that day.



- Where can I pickup?

Anytime at our stall starting Friday, December 6th, 2024 during our business hour (Wednesday-Saturday between 10 am to 5 pm).

Location: inside the Hamilton Farmers Market, 35 York Boulevard, Hamilton, ground floor.

- Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place your order/booking online, and pay, unfortunately it cannot be canceled nor ask for refund.



- What if I have dietary and food restrictions?

Ask us to be safe! But generally speaking, unfortunately for any special menu package, most likely we cannot accommodate for gluten free, celiac, soy free, allium free or sesame free diets. This meal contains meat, oyster sauce, gluten, soy, rice, alliums, sesame and trace amounts of wheat.

Please read the descriptions on each dish carefully, and please include any allergies in the note section when you place your order.



- Delivery & Pickup Terms & Conditions?

PICKUP:

1. If you choose to pickup your order at our stall, ensure you are available on our business hours to pickup your order.

2. Changing plan from pick-up to Delivery request has to be done by Wednesday of that delivery week at the latest. Delivery fee will be applied.


DELIVERY:

1. If we do deliver your order, and you live in an apt/condo, as some buildings don't allow non-residents to come into residential areas, so we expect to meet up on the ground level (i.e. Lobby) to make it easier for everyone. If you have a certain situation that requires us to drop-off your order right on your door, please let us know in advance.

2. If you live in an apt/condo, please stand-by on your phone on the delivery day within the timeframe that we inform you a day prior. As we have many other deliveries to take care of, we will not wait more than 5 minutes if you don't show up or answer our calls.

3. We will not deliver your order for the second attempt if you fail to answer your phone. You can either pickup your order at the next delivery address we are delivering (if available), OR pickup in Hamilton. If you paid Delivery fee, it is non-refundable.

4. If we have to do another delivery attempt to you because you fail to show up, Delivery Fee is applied - and if it is possible for us to do the second attempt. We have the right to refuse to do a second delivery attempt on the same day.
