Our food is completely free of preservatives and artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners - and we’re proud of that fact.

We’ve learned that preparing our food with care and expertly freezing it means we don’t have to add any preservatives or any artificial flavours and colours to make it taste amazing. No exceptions. So you can feel really good about keeping us in your freezer.

In Canada, food producers have to follow stringent rules, and we’re no exception. We prepare our dishes with the utmost vigilance — we are committed to safe food-handling practices and ensure that we go with Health Canada guidelines.

Our prepared meals are best to be consumed within three months from the production date to avoid freeze-burn, as well to maximize freshness and quality.

Once cooked or heated up, leftovers can be stored in the fridge (ensure below 4 degrees Celcius), and consumed within 2 to 3 days.

It is a common misconception/myth that frozen food is unhealthy. By freezing at the height of perfection, using leaner cuts and perfectly seasoning and portioning, we help you keep their dietary needs on track with frozen food at their side. We prepare our products with great care and let the high-quality ingredients do the talking.
