We do have Open Pre-Order on the weekly basis for the special dish of the week, and it is served every Friday evening (Hamilton) or Saturday (GTA). We call it as "SATURINDO SURPRISE".

If you order what's on the Pre-order list, there is no minimum quantity, unless for delivery.

SATURINDO SURPRISE has different special menu every week.

We launch the menu every Thursday, closing on Sunday, and the delivery is for the upcoming Saturday.

For instance:

The Pre-order menu is launched on Thursday, January 7th

The closing date to order is on Sunday, January 10th

Delivery/Pick-up is on Saturday, January 16th

Please note:

To keep all the foods fresh, based on Public Health recommendation, we will keep the foods cool (not frozen) during the delivery.

If you don't find the storage and heating instruction in your food package, please message us to confirm.

FOR DELIVERY

Either FREE DELIVERY or PAY DELIVERY FEE would have minimum order, depending on the distance.

FOR DROP OFF POINTS
Currently, Drop-Off points are only available on Saturday.
See available locations to pickup below.

We will let you know the exact time to pickup after the closing date, as we do not know the route while the Pre-Order is still open.

Please note that usually it's only 10 minutes at each drop off point.
We will give you reminder with all the details a day prior pickup on Friday.
If you need to know the exact time earlier, feel free to message us on Monday or Tuesday after the closing date, we should have the route by then.

Location and estimate pickup time for each Drop-Off point:

ORDERING

1. To order, you can order it through Online Ordering or through Direct Message.

2. Ordering through Direct Message, we always require payment all in advance by the time you place your order by e-transfer.

3. There is NO REFUND or CANCELATION after the closing date.

4. For the "LIMITED QUANTITY" dishes, as it is always "first paid first serve" dish, we require you to pay once you place your order. Once payment has been confirmed, unfortunately NO REFUND, NO CANCELATION for it.

5. If you choose to pickup your order at a Drop-Off point, ensure you are available on the day of pickup day within the designated timeframe before you place an order.

PICK-UP at Drop-Off point

1. Please note, as we have many deliveries and Drop-Off points every week, please be considerate of others at the next stops, so please BE ON-TIME.

2. There is no refund for late pick-up at the Drop-Off point.

3. If you happen to be late, you can either pickup your order at the next designated Drop-Off point within our timeframes that have been set on that day, OR pickup in Hamilton, OR pickup the following Saturday,

4. Changing plan from pick-up to Delivery request has to be done by Thursday of the delivery week the latest.

DELIVERY

1. If we do deliver your order, and you live in an apt/condo, as some buildings don't allow non-residents to come into residential areas, so we expect to meet up on the ground level (i.e. Lobby) to make it easier for everyone. If you have certain situation that requires us to drop-off your order right on your door, please let us know in advance.

2. If you live in an apt/condo, please stand-by on your phone on the delivery day within the timeframe that we inform you a day prior. As we have many other deliveries and Drop-Off points to take care every week, we will not wait more than 5 minutes if you don't show up or answer our calls.

3. We will not deliver your order for the second attempt if you fail to answer your phone. You can either pickup your order at a designated Drop-Off point within our timeframes that have set on that day, OR pickup in Hamilton, OR pickup the following Saturday.

4. If we have to do another delivery attempt to you because you fail to show up, Delivery Fee is applied - and if it is possible for us to do the second attempt. We have right to refuse to do second delivery attempt on the same day.
